Rates & Booking Information
Rates vary by season, demand, holidays, and local events. A 3-night minimum stay applies unless otherwise noted. A $150 cleaning fee and applicable taxes are added to the reservation.
For direct bookings, 50% of the reservation total is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival. Paid prepayments are non-refundable according to the reservation policy.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Minimum age to rent is 25.
